[Resolved] Tikona — they are charging for extra payment and calling as from court

I have used tikona internet till sep 30, but they are saying i need to pay till oct 6 but i have vacated room on sep 30. They were saying internet have used by someone but i need to pay. But how can we say someone used internet without password? They are doing this for money and calling as from court and we are lawyer and so on. They are threating daily and asking me to pay bill, they are calling as lawyer, police and from court and you need to come to court if not you will be arrested. Why i need to pay extra money after i informed disconnect my internet on sep 30 2017 and i too vacated room on sep 30 2017. I don’t know how internet was used after i left?

I have raise around 50+ Compliant’s on Internet problems in 6 months. But haven’t received any proper resolution from your team.
