I got a call from Tikona Lawyer today telling that the company has filed case against me in CIBIL for not paying bills .Please note that these bills are generated after I stopped availing their broadband services as I moved to a different address .
Before shifting I had tried to contact tikona customer care ( [protected]@tikona.in ) to disconnect my broadband connection, I also tried to call their customer care number[protected] it does not work I have not received any response from them till date,
The lawyer who called today said her name is Nikita Kalra,
Refused to produce any document supporting Tikona's claim and also stated that the company has not received any email from me prior to generation of bills.
Also refused to communicate vie email instead messaged me using IM app whatsapp on which she was using a different number ([protected]) asked me to share screenshot of the payment confirmation message after paying the amount . Was this information helpful? |

Secondly after all this your comapny has the Audacity to generate another bill for the month of December, I just received a mail from Tikona wit a bill for 275.34/-
What nonsense is this ?
am I suppose to pay you for the rest of my life ? regardless of weather I use any of your services or not
I request the authorities to take this matter seriously
