[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening Call from Tikona to pay Bill: Discontinue Services [protected] | |||
Threatening for bill to pay | Service ID – [protected] My customer ID of tikona is [protected] I had called multiple times to tikona in march 16 for discontinuing my broadband services. I am using tikona since 2014. Last month I was called by Tikona and asked to pay some Rs.1500 which according to me is not payable by me. Again today I was threatened by some advocate of Tikona (Priyanka [protected]) to pay money or face serious consequences. I once again urge Tikona to avoid such unethical practices. If in case, inspite of my request you have not closed my services I urge to discontinue services with immediate effect. I have already mailed this officially to Tikona on 29th Sep and many times on telephone before. Was this information helpful? | |||

Then register complaint again them online with department of telecommunication
