[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening to pay extra bill | |||
Hi, My Tikona no:[protected]. I cancelled my connection on 26th may 2015. As shipping my home to new place in requested for ship but due to non availability. I requested to terminate my connection. But they didn't terminated my connection still generating bills and make threatened n calls to pay the amount without asking explanation. I need why still billing is generated. I need full and final settlement amount with no due form. If you send that I will pay the last month (may month) payment with fine. This is what I asked the reps who called meme.
