Tikona — Tikona billing issues

Looks like lot of people face horrible technical issues and billing issues when they disconnect the line. Can Tikona explain their policy for disconnecting the service? For example, if some one paid already for 3 months in advance and you failed to give uninterrupted service and the customer wants to disconnect the service within 2 weeks of taking the service, will you refund the unused period's money to the customer? Please explain it clearly. Thanks

I am not talking about any particular customer here. Read my original post again. I would like to know Tikona's policy regarding disconnecting the line. Please read my post word for word and then answer here so that the broadband community will come to know Tikona's policy. Why should I take connection first, to know your disconnection policy?
If you have fair policy, why don't you let the people know about it in public forum? Why do you want me to write about it privately?

What a FRAUD company is Tikona? You don't even tell openly your disconnection policy. That is because you are a cheat. You can't tell openly here. I feel sorry for the people who take broadband connection from Tikona. Definetly they will be cheated by Tikona while giving very very poor service of slow speed and most of the time 18 hours in 24 hours of no service at all.
