Hello, I want to raise a complaint on Tikona for false promises and unnecessary troubling me. I applied for their connection in the month of June 2016. The plan they offer me was of 4 MBPS speed, in my area. But the speed was not as promised and there was frequent disruption everyday. Due to the issues I raised a request for discontinue their service on 20th Aug 2016. Till 20 Aug 2016, whenever I called their customer support team, they used to inform me that sir you haven't used the assigned data limit and 17GB of your data limit is still left. As per their policy, charges are applicable once the Data Limit is over. But if the limit was not fully utilised, no extra charges should be applicable. But then also they send me a message of 343 INR. When I contacted their support team no one was able to give me a proper response. Also, since I was not using their service, none of their engineer showed up to remove the device and on 11th Sept 2016, they again send me a bill of 1346 INR. I want them to take out their devices ASAP and should stop troubling me anymore Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service.
