Added with thousands of calls at tikona mails, topped up with no responses from emails aswell. I wish to say goodbye to tikona connection. Please don't call me why what happened. I think I have had enough of your services, thank you so much for sending all bills on time even when Internet never worked for months. I feel pitty for your system even, which reports data usage even when modems are not turned on for days. Also the speeds you mention are a perfect example of how casual a company can be. Your so called "4 Mbps ", you know you speeds indeed match the "gprs " speeds or the dial up connections that started in 1999. You are so damm dilapidated with your service, your speeds and even your responses. It was an extreme privilege to see such archaic ISP providers. Plus i have 2 friends using tikona, i'll make sure they also file a disconnection request, now that you guys are literally trying a loot. I hope you remove this connection or I'll be lodging an FIR very soon.
