[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona worst and frustrating service | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am using Tikona Wifi from Jan 2015. From first day there are lot of issues. I have called Tikona customer care in last 3 month more than 100 times. Every time they say that Engineer visit is assigned. Tikona Engineers have also visited several times but they are not able to resolve this problem. My wifi gets disconnected any time in a day for 2 to 4 hours and again it gets connected by itself. I had discussion with Tikona and according to them there is some issues with Tikona Set up installed at my home and visiting engineer will correct it but it has been never. From last 4 days wifi is not working, I have called tikona customer care several times, every time they says that engineer visit is assigned and till date no engineer has visited my home to resolve this problem. So I request you to look into this and get it resolved. I want to have permanent solution with 24 hour connectivity .
