I was been given treats messages regarding non- bill payment for the month 15/OCT/14 - 15/JAN/15 for which the service provider have taken their "access point" from my building terrace in the month of November/2014, now they want full payment for the above period for which they have detected money from my security deposit, and remaining balance of Rs.2105 if not paid with in 2days, then the company files legal processing against you with in 2 days, according to costumer care the company want payment for 14gb used by me till the month AP was removed, indeed of cheating people and want full payment, i request you kindly take a further step to help consumer like us Was this information helpful? | |||||
