Tikona — Unfair billing

I have raised a complaint to close my connection but they didn't do it instead they gave me a bill of 1200 rupees for which I never used and they are keep on sending the bill at the rate 2% interest. They are ignoring my requests sent via mails and even not picking my calls. Id [protected]

Updated by baibhav9 The full and final amount calculated is unfair. That's what my complaint is. Devices are already recovered.

Probably the worst service ever. The company doesn't pick my calls, do not reply to my mails and now i cannot even see my account details on selfcare tikona.
And the fake legal calls have started to harass me now.
