[Resolved] Tikona — Unresolved issue Last One Month****worst service provider*****(2) | |||
1st Email Hi Team, We have taken the connection on 24 November 2014. I want to bring up a serious issue against Tikona broadband. Please look into the issue on priority basis. 1. Services has not completed two months, we have raised complaint more than six times. No proper solution. 2. My broadband connection has been discontinued from 24th Jan’2015 night and same has been not resolved after many call and discussion with customer and IT consultant. Today on 26th Jan’2015 9.30 AM morning complaint has been raised (Mr. Ganesh Bear) with confirmation that the problem will be solved within two hours, but all failed. 3. We called so many times to customer care but continuously five to six times they disconnect the calls, and irritate me while not answering the calls. At last Sharukh Shaikh (Employee ID 4176) attend the calls and failed to answer me, when I asked to transfer my call to supervisor he deny to do said no one supervisor is available to solve the query. 4. Finally, I got the attention of one supervisor (Mr. Nandar Prabhu Employee ID 4134) he told problem cannot be solved 24hours. And he tried to called Bangalore Local IT team but he was failed to connect any one of them due to unavailability of team. 5. Finally I got call from Nandar saying there is location server issue and local IT person will come to next day morning 10.00AM (27.01.2015). Could you please let me know 1) Why Tikona people taken so long time to find out issue. 2) We called to local IT person while receiving the IT person details on message, he directly deny to coming to home to see the issue. (Ram sagar setty Mob. No. [protected]) 3) If Tikona is not capable to provide the broadband services why they are running such kind of customer care business? 4) If they are not able to solve the customer queries why they have customer care department? 5) Why Tikona is not allowing to other broadband networks in my location running monopoly business. Please check the issue and try to solve the continuous network problem. Today morning around 9.45 AM Tikona Support Engineer Visit to my home for try to solve the internet issue, It was solve by with in 10 Mints But same problem repeated within 2 hours. Again i call to Tikona customer care and i spoke with one supervise( Employee ID 4041), He told me we have problem in Bangalore Network issue last 24th dec to till date. Could you please confirm me how many days will take to solve this issue? Hi Prakash/Tarun, Both of you are in top level position in Tikona company. Request to you please look in this type of such issue, Its will impacted customer daily work. As per my knowledge Tikona is in service provider industry.If your IT Engineer are failed to solve one simple problem in network issue that's mean your all Engineer are not capable to solve any issue. also request to Management improve Customer care facility, Every time they will told to client 24 hours will take to solve one small issue. I know if i disconnected Tikona services it will not impacted in your business. But think for customer end how they will face daily issue? I know both of you are ignore this mail, Its good if you ignore this mail same like your customer care Representative are doing. Request to you please take action on this and improve quality of services.
