Tikona — very bad service | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, Tikona Customer ID : [protected] Name : Sunita R Dalave Registered Contact Number:-[protected] I am using tikona broadband since 4 months from Tikona Digital Networks. The service was so bad that i called the customer care to change my registered contact number also sent them an email ( attached screenshot below) on 18 th Oct 2019 But they didn't change my contact number . They did not do so even after repeated calling for 2 months or so. . since 5 days i am not able to access internet.' Multiple times i have called them but there is no response fom them. They just say that you have to call from your registered mobile number. Since the registered no is lost, I call them from my other no but surprisingly they say that my other no is registered on a different connection which I have not subscribed. After repeated complaints... there is no response from their end. Nobody is addressing my grievance. I am fed up of there answer... they have very poor service. Mine is a prepaid monthly service and paid in advance ... and my connection is not working. But they are paying no heed to it and I am losing days for which I have paid.
