[Resolved]  Tikona — Worst internet provider

First of all... Tikona gives worst service any provider can provide.
Its been 45 days since i installed tikona connection... Not a single day i got continuous connection for even 2 hours, even after multiple visits of multiple guys. I paid 3 months in advance and today i called them to disconnect my connection (There is no refund, they told me that).
Please do not buy their 3 months advance connection, these are the tricks of duping customers. I am very very frustated with their service and i am not going to refer it to anyone not even my enemies.

Do not buy tikona connection in any case (Specially in mahaveer nagar near janakpri east, delhi 110018).

Tikona — broadband not working more than one month

dear sir my broadband is not working more than one month after clearing all my outstandings . tikona is not responding about this issue please resolve the matter ASAP tikona user id [protected] rishabh singhal [protected]

Tikona — web page not available

Message come that. Web page is not available

Tikona — no one listen to customers.

I have book for net n no one visits to my house for connection. I have book it 1month ago but no one comes. It provides a very very bad service. PLEASE improve your service its really bad.

Tikona — Adapter WIFI issues

Connecting directly using LAN can able to access internet where as using WIFI router it was not connecting already register an issue regarding this but without resolving they mark it as resolved

Tikona — Worst Customer Care Service

Worst Customer Care Service And Disconnected Service the Sending Email of bills and Putting legalcolls on customer

I have paid all the dues yesterday. Still the connection is at less that .3 mbps. I have tried all the customer care numbers (toll free as well as land line numbers), no response. Toll free number says, the number is busy and cuts the line. I contact local agents, but no proper response. userid=[protected]
