Currently you are able to access uninterrupted services and no service issue persists against your account. Further we called you 22rd Oct to explain secondry policy howaver you are not co-operating with our exicutive. We would like to inform you that a waiver of Rs. 453/- has been posted for your account and same will be reflected in your forthcoming bills. You are in BBM4M850_KTN plan and as per this plan, your primary speed is 4MBPS till 50 GB usage and post this usage your speed is up to 512KBPS, Contention Ratio for Home Broadband Plans: 1:20. The "contention ratio" is the maximum number of other people you will have to share the connection infrastructure with. So a contention ratio of 1:20 would mean that the maximum number of people you could be sharing the connection with at any time is 19 other people. If all 20 people were downloading at the same time then your download speed could drop, in reality though this doesn't happen and you can enjoy much faster download speeds.
