Tikona — WORST SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES | |||
Hello, I have subscribed for 2Mbps plan, and I always get speed around 1/8 or 1/16th of it. Regarding this issue, I have been complaining to Tikona from more than one month, and still they havent resolved my problem. Also I have asked them to refund amount of last two month internet bill as I have hardly use their service because of their poor service. But TIkona doesnt seem to listen, They have proved to be the worst provider of India, I would suggest everyone, not to get Tikona installed at their home at any cost. Its been more than 6 weeks, still the problem is not resolved. Yesterday customer care executive called me and said, its resolve from their end. But I cannot see any change in network, still the same speed.

How much time do you need to resolve issues. It seems you people really don't care about giving proper service.
Also I raised request from waiver for which I never got any reply.
I asked customer care executive's regarding this and they never replied
