Tikona — Worst Service - not even disconnecting the service abd i am getting bills also | |||
My consumer ID : [protected] Tikona is the worst internet service provider. I have raised a complaint for disconnection of the service on 28th of October. It not disconnected still. I am not at all able to use the service. I am not getting login page also. Even the engineer visited house and confirmed service will not be available here. Still i am getting bills. Please help me. Hi,
I am also one of the sufferer from tikona.
We have also paid two months bill and installation charges. but we have not used atleast for 1 month properly and got it disconnected. They have collected the equipment also, but theyu still keep sending bills, and guess what, they have sent a legal notice asking for more payment.
