[Resolved] Tikona — Wrongly raised bills | |||
My tikona customer id - [protected] Hi, i am yagnesh ashara, from rajkot, gujarat. I had taken tikona broadband connection, but was not working properly so i decided to stop using their services. I have already paid monthly unlimited charges from 26.03.2016 to 26.04.2016 and stopped using their connection after 24.04.2016 and disconnected their device. But i was surprised when i got their email that i was billed with rs.401.38. Following is the e-mail communication with tikona by me. Conversation opened. 3 messages. All messages read. I was assured that no more bill will be generated in my name. But still i got message today that i was billed with rs.404.38. I was surprised when i got this message because i have already paid in advance and before my next bill cycle i. E. 26.04.2016, i stopped using your internet service. Today i also got call from your company that no billing will be generated as my billing cycle is stopped. I requested to pick up your device, but the person on the phone told me that i own that device now. I also requested to remove all my details like mobile no., email id etc. And registration from your database and stop calling me and sending me messages. Please do the same. Please rectify your mistake. Tikona — I connnection speed is very very slow as according to my plan
I take connection of tikona broadband from 1 september2015 but it is not giving me speed and till it is not giving me speed and connnection as plan mention in the starting it is frouded to me and show many peopleTikona — Net is not working
I purchase one year plan incliding 4 mbps speed. but net is not working some time still 30 day not working net. when i register my complain although not resolved problems. Speed not proper.Tikona — Poor connectivity

It's connecting from more than a week. If its connecting also there is no speed in data. I am using 4Mbps with 35 GB. Still 32GB data is remaining. I am getting a speed of about 320kbps which is less than free usage speedTikona — Broadband service

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
