mujh se 24-48 hours me itme milne ko kaha tha par jo abhi tak nahi mila
hai. sath hi ek gift me laptop milne ko kaha tha.ye
ek travel pack tha jisme inhone 2 night and 1 day ka plan diya tha jo
ki main 1 saal me india me kabhi bhi kanhi bhi ja sakta huplan name Tajmahal tha.main continue inke no. par phone kar raha hu par koi attand nahi kar raha hai and kabhi swith off aa raha hai
i think this company is fake.

This company is fake. I am mentioning all the details below in points that will make it easy to understand.
- I got the call yesterday (7th May 2015) from number +[protected] at 6:31pm. It was from Maharashtra and the lady who called me was saying that she is calling from Mumbai.
- They said that I have done some online shopping from some online shopping website during happy hours and thus I have won this special discounted holiday voucher along with free gift.
- To avail this offer I need to register as soon as possible and that too today only.
- I asked them to give me 1 day time so that I can enquire/search about the offer and the company then only I can trust and book holiday voucher. But they refused and said that this offer is valid only till tonight and they will assist me in doing the payment and other formalities quickly. This made me to doubt on them.
- They said to give me holiday package worth 8999 in only 4999 Rs.
- They said that they are part of Times Of India group and as this is newly started so they are giving discounts and gifts to lucky customers.
- They also said to give one of these Samsung 32" LED TV, Dell Laptop or iPhone 5s as gift with bill and warranty of 1 year within 24hours of payment.
- I asked them from where they will ship the product. They said it will be shipped from New Delhi. Then I said no product reaches within 24hours from New Delhi to Ahmedabad (I am from Ahmedabad). Hence this was the other doubt.
- I asked them to prove they are genuine by showing somewhere on their website that they are party of Times Of India group of companies. But they said they are genuine but there is no such mention in their site and it doesn't proves that they are fake.
During all this they made me to speak to 3 people (1 Lady, 2 Male). Finally when they understood that its getting difficult for them to make me fool; then they said ok Sir if you are not interested then we will cancel your offer. and I also said ya cancel it I am not interested.
After cutting the call I was searching more on the internet about this company and its call and then I came to this consumer complain forum & read this post. This made my doubt clear. Then I again called them on the number from which they called me & which was working till they were talking to me. And the phone was switched off just after 5-10mins of my conversation with them.
Today also I tried to call them and their phone is switched off.
Such companies and people should be arrested and put in jail for cheating people. I don't know if this forum is really of any use or not but at least our post will let others to know that such calls are fake.

i want to thank you people for writing these posts, I also got the same call today, and trust me i was on the verge of believing them. but my half mind was still under doubt so i tried to search for some feedback forum, and all thanks to the almighty i have found this here.

oh boy! i had a close shave today, almost got carried away..
but all thanks to this forum, i could realize, whatta mistake i was about to commit.
everything stated above is true, it happens and then they refuse to take calls and you get nothing but horrible traumatic feeling of being cheated and absolute harrassment in order to get the money back!

I was pretty much convinced that this is a FAKE CALL, so I tried searching about this company while being on call. I landed up to this forum which clarified rest of the doubts. They also sent a mail from [protected]@india.com which you should report as spam.
I decided to continue speaking on the call to see to what level they can go to. I started asking lots of question about their genuineness. These guys could not speak a single word in english. I ultimately ended up abusing them and advised them not to fool people with silly offers. They cut the call in middle so I tried calling them again and within 2 minutes they blocked my number. I got a call today from number [protected], the lady who called me said that she is calling from Mumbai and that I have done online shopping and my email id has been selected as a lucky draw for the day and If I will purchase holiday package worth Rs. 4999/- from them on the same day then i will be getting gift from their list ( Iphone 5s 32 GB, Samsung LED TV 32" and DELL LAPTOP). I was not much convinced, so I tried searching about this company while being on call. I came to this forum which clarified rest of the doubts. When I told the person that I will send someone to their Mumbai's office to do the payment and collect the gift. he said that you have to pay only through debit/credit card or netbanking. and the gift will be dispatched through their warehouse. Since I had seen this forum during the call, I excused myself and declined the offer.

Times india travel is a fake company same i receive a call from any grl and tehy told me same offer 5990 and provide a laptop, tv, mobile..and also provide a tour for staying in hotel...plzz times india travel employees dont make fools to persons i request you...you all are lying with same offer...i will book a police complaint after diwali...u r lucky person and you win our offer ## man...jhut bolte waqt sharam bhi nahi aati...dosto plzz dnt trust on that fake persons and their fake offer...dnt give money...

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. MR. AMAN GUPTA, THE COMPANY EXCUTIVE CALLED ME AND PROVIDED ME SAME DETAILS AS MENTIONED ABOVE. I HAD MADE PAYMENT OF RS 5000. BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY GIFT OR EVEN GIFT I.E. LAPTOP WHICH THEY INFORMED ME TO PROVIDE. WHENEVER I CALL ONE LADY IS PICKING-UP THE PHONE AND WHEN I SAY MY NAME SHE CUT IT OFF. HOW TO GET BACK MY MONEY. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE SUGGEST.
