[Resolved] Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — Damage mobile delivery | |||||
I was purchase Sony xperia z1 black mobile from this website on 27/07/16. They supplied damage mobile from backside. I complained same day then they have reverse pickup the mobile on 16/08/16 and again delivered the same mobile on 26/08/16. I again complained by mail to them. At that time they were accepted that they are got the complain. Now today they are telling that they can't do any thing because you are not complaint within three day but I complaint on same day. If on mail they are not get cleared image of mobile then why not they inform me by mail. Was this information helpful? | |||||
