Toshiba India — complaint lodged for tv defect more than 6 months back still not addressed

I have lodged a complaint for defect in toshiba led tv. The tv is in extended three year warranty period.
After frequent chase up to toshiba also, the complaint is still open.
On asking the toshiba guys again nd again, i get to know that my complaint was closed withput attending it. This is the height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and is not less than a fraud with customer.
Till date on asking them i am getting reply that mother board is not yet received and will be replaced once recieved from company

Last few days in my TV youtube application not working.
