Toshiba India — Faulty TV Set

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that on 13 Jan 2015, I bought a Television set of Toshiba Company Model No. Tos Led 32pu200 at the cost of Rs 23, 500. However, I am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. The problem is the picture is not appearing but sound is working. Earlier too I had complained about this to you and was assured that your engineer would call up on me, but I have heard nothing since. Last two complaints are as follows:- Complaint No.TIPLSRYG0035261 dt. 20Nov2015 Time 10:43AM Complaint No.TIPLSRZG0008541 dt. 05Dec2015 Time 01:19PM As a result, now I wish to reject the goods and claim a replacement/refund.
