TOSHIBA LED TV I have purchased Toshiba LED 32: vide bill no.11770 dt.17/08/2015. Mr.Puneet has told me guaranty of 3 year on this LED. Mr.Puneet has agree the same during my meeting with him. Now its mother board is not working since 23/12/2016. Toshiba customer care is not fulfilling its guarranty. I request you to please do the needful immediately. However Mr. Puneet has assured me to do the needful by today. I was purchasing only Sony LED, what Your sales representative Mr. Puneet at Ashoka Trading Co. assured me again & again.
