Toshiba India — LED TV panel problem within warranty period

Dear sir,
my led tv model 39p2305ze sl no e21x15h00769c1, purchased on 18/07/2016 was not working since november 2016, handed over the same to M/s SD Electronics Siliguri, on 29/11/2016, reference no TIPLSRYH0037150 AND TIPLCUSYG0006602. Till date I have got no information as regarding the repair/replacement for the same. Kindly take action sens me a note of confirmation.

REFERENCE TIPLSRYH0037150, TIPLCUSYG0006602.
till date I have not received any information from the company pl help.

I had register Service Request no. TIPLSRZH0031377 on 27 Dec 16. The has not been attended till date due non-availability of spares.

Now, i got an another problem with my TV. i.e. After switch on the TV, picture is coming 5-7 minutes late and time is increasing day by day.

This is informed to you that my led not working properly, so request to you please resolve it ASAP. I Will complaining from long time but no body responding. Complaint no is SRZH0009044 dated 8th Dec-16. And 2nd is SRZH0015476 dated 14 th Dec-16.
