Toshiba India — led tv problem not being attended by company | |||
I purchased toshiba led tv from sargam electronics, narela, delhi in june, 2015 and extended the warranty of tv for 3 years up to 2018 at the cost of rs. 800.00. Now my tv is out of order for technical snag in it and i first registered the complaint with toshiba customer care ([protected]) on 21st july, 2017 with complaint number tiplsr217h00403. The complaint was supposed to be closed within a week but its more than 7 weeks, there is no response from toshiba india.in this one and a half month, i kept on repeatedly calling on customer executives and writing emails over emails to toshiba but i never got the clear status of my complaint, neither i got the timeline from them. Now i want the hep in this regard and the problem to be resolved at earliest or refund in case of further delay. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
