Toshiba India — led with black screen | |||
Myself anupriya sharma purchased led on 09.02.2014 with again extended warranty of 2 years from kapila electronic janakpuri,,, and after one year and after continuously facing black and white screen and finally with black screen on 20/aug/2017,,, due to which complained in customer care... One of your executive visited with an assurance that will replace screen within 20 days but even after that no response got from toshiba... After called so many times they only tell to wait some more time and now finally they are confirming on 15.09.2017 that my product is out of warranty...
