Toshiba India — no after sales for the split ac's | |||
Dear sir / madam, This is a reminder to my earlier request, i am still struggling with no after sales service from your company. I have been complaining and requesting your people at ambience airtech private limited and also mr. Paramjit singh who was looking into my request earlier. I have not other choice but to look for alternatives for complaining if your company doesn't have a criteria of providing after sales service for your products. I have purchased the ac of toshiba keeping in mind the popularity and credibility of your esteemed organisation. But now i feel i did a big mistake. And i will make sure that i do take this in public for people to stay away from products of your company. However i still felt i need to inform your company of your service and also of the service of your appointed sales agents. Was this information helpful? | |||
