Toshiba India — no service provider in spite of extended insurance | |||
I had purchased tv in 2015 and had bought extended insurance along with the tv. I have problem with my tv now, to my shock i get to know that i would not get service as i did not send out text message which was part of insurance kit. Well do you think its fair? Its seems like fraud to me, toshiba sold insurance and lot committing to service my tv, i would like to take first step of complaining here, my next move would be to go to consumer court as i have all the documents.
