Toshiba India — Not getting proper service for under warranty LED which is not working from last one month | |||
I have bought Toshiba Cricket Series LED last year which was having 3 years warranty, from last one month it is not working properly as screen of the same get automatically blank form some time. I have made many complaints for the same vide complaint numbers (TIPILSR6G0020869, TIPLSR7G0023376 &TIPLSR7G0028298. Every time their service engineer visit and change one or another part even knowing the fact that the fault is in the panel, but as per them they can not change the panel till the time the problem don't occurs in front of them. One of the engineer Mr. Rajesh told me to make a video when the problem occur which I did but after that he refuse to accept the same by saying that company will not believe on this video. As per him they need to send the video to company which was clicked from their phone only to get the panel replaced. Today the same engineer visited our place and replaced the mother board of the LED after that when he left the place the same problem occurred again then we called him on his contact number to come and prepare the video but he refused to do so and told us to make another complaint at customer care.
