Toshiba India — not provide service | |
I have one led model no. 32p2305ze / e09x14h00683l1, date of purchased 23/06/2014. This led stopped running from 12/02/2017 and complained raised Ref: sr2i0016430 date 15/02/2017. I got local service agent details no: [protected] of ms. Susmita. But unfortunately more than year passed this has not been attended. Now for last 3/4 months no response from customer call number as well. Can you please define what's the time line of attending a customer call for Company like m/s toshiba. I am really sorry to chose a brand like toshiba and trusted a miss trust as Well. I hope you can understand my pain. Request you to look in this matter urgently by next 3/4 days time.
