Toshiba India — pan drive not working

I have a pan drive of Tohiba Modal No-D33003, 1622QD3899ZARJA1M U202
i have purchased it on[protected] online and Retailer Name- Ambitious Marketing Delhi. My Pan drive is not working and i contact to many contact no. of toshiba service center but everyone says that we can repair pan drive we can only AC & Laptop.Sir my pandrive is in warranty period kindly suggest me from which place i can repair my pan drive .
