Toshiba India — Service center not responding

I had received below message after calling toshiba call center on 29th march.
Dear customer, thank you for contacting toshiba service. Your service request (Sr) no is tiplsr3i0030397. For any assistance please contact our toll free no

Since then even after following up with call center and service center, nobody is bothered to resolve. Service center is even not picking up phone.

This is not the service level expected with the company like toshiba.

Hope somebody will pay heed before it is too late to mend some reputational damage in the mind of an aggreieved consumer.
