Toshiba India — Service not satisfied | |||
I have purchased Toshiba Led tv 32PB200ZE from Navarang Audio Video Pvt ltd vide their inv no 6930 dated 04/08/2013 under 3 Years warranty, But I sorry to inform you that my tv is giving is giving problem since than each time either display is out or audio is out. I have complained various time to you customer care regarding this then they serviced after few days same problem arises I am very fade up, my tv is almost time is in not working condition . The said led tv is still giving the problem . After 06/03/2016 the tv was again repaired twice . the latest repairing was done on 21/04/2016 on complain made on 14/04/2016 for audio problem. Now on today the system is again having audio problem for this i have again registered a complaint TIPLSR4H0021754. Your service engineers are using defective and repaired spare parts.They brings spare parts in open condition and not packed . Due to this you are also losing money as well as time and lost your product/brand image and your service centers are gaining. You are a reputed brand holders in electronics . We there fore request you to please replace our TV otherwise we have no option but take legal action against you Was this information helpful? | |||
