Toshiba India — toshiba led 32"'/ panel not working

Dear sir,

I bought toshiba led tv 32" on date[protected] with the guarantee for 3 years but after 2 years its display not working properly, i had many times make complaints on their customer care team but they always rude behave with me & say this part not available whenever it will be available we will install in your led.

I am waiting last 6 months for the same but still no resolution from their side.

Please do need full or suggest. Details are mention below:
