Toshiba led tv model 40l5400ze i had purchased this led tv in 2016 jan from kumar electronics. Now tv has started giving me a problem. It is not showing video. Screen is going blank or black only audio can be heard. Si. No. E383d6j00886v1. Request to take this complaint on very high priority & provide the solution immediately. The product television model no: 40VL20ZE. No display. The TV always in on condition not getting switched off. Kindly check and resolve the issue..
