We had made a complaint on 1st December 2016 regarding the display not working.My complaint number is-TIPLSRZH0000682.After that sales person has arrived and assured that the display will be changed within 10 working days. Now February 2017 has arrived but the problem has not been sort out. I made several calls and talked to your executive but they always ask about the extension but not solved my problem til now. You tell me what should I do now? Why this big brand company is not able to arrange product during these 70 days? Who's gonna responsible for the problem I am facing?
