Toshiba India — Toshiba led tv no. 29p1300ze not working | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a new Toshiba LED TV model no. 29P1300ZE from Naveen Electrotech Pvt Ltd at 4/4, Model Town 2, Delhi-110009. Now I have facing some problem not working my Tv on 25.12.16, I have given complaint on 28.12.16 complaint no. SRZH0032165 but i have not received any satisfaction reply till date from your customer service. Even i called to the many time but they are not taking my complain seriously every time they said ''we will solve your complaint after one day or two day''. You have a big brand and reputation but in actually you are not able to solve even a TV complaint. Hance reqest you kindly depute your representative to attend the same at the earliest.
