Toshiba India — Toshiba LED TV Regular Display Faliure | |||||
I purchased a Toshiba LED TV in September 2011, Toshiba LED 40PS10E with a 3 year warranty. It seemed to be an excellent TV till the last month of the third year when the display of the TV went off. However, after a complaint, We received a replacement for the TV in a few months as it was under warranty. We received a different model which was again not disappointing Toshiba LED 40L2400ZE (Cricket Series). This television was working perfectly unless a couple of weeks back when its display went off. It is just a year and a half that this new TV has come home. This incident makes me ask the company a question that is the life of Toshiba LED TV's less than 3 years?? I am concerned because post they replaced my TV once, I Purchased 2 more Toshiba LED's for myself and also recommended a few others to get a Toshiba LED. Was it a wrong decision? even calling many times to their call center every time they say, will call back within 24 to 48 hour but never got call back.
very very bad customer service after sale.
company do not have customer friendly service.
