Toshiba India — Toshiba tv not receive wifi signal

I am pranav dave from baroda, gujarat
Last year i purchased toshiba 47 inch android tv from sales india store, last few month my tv leave signal of wi-if, i complaint three time for the same, toshiba engineer come update software but sill problem not solve, now those engineer not answer or not able to resolve my problem?, also here local toshiba service center not taken any kind of positive step or resolve my problem
