Toshiba India — Toshiba tv refund cheque not received

I logged the complaint on 29th may 2016, request # sr5h 0032031, for the toshiba tv screen issue and following that the refund was processed as a solution to that issue . but now we are in the sixth month and still have not got the cheque . earlier i was getting replies on mail but since 10th oct 2016, there has been update on the cheque .

I have following up this issue for last 5 months with 60 mail threads without any success

Updated by sourabh_a I have still not got any update from the company. Today, I called the customer care they are now saying that my TV would be repaired . I am shocked after waiting for 6 months they are trying to change what they communicated earlier .

My complain number for my Toshiba TV is SRXHOOO8886 is not yet attended. The complaint date is 6th October 2016. The customer care do not pick up the phone. The number provided by the company [protected] for local contact is always switched off.
There is no response from customer service.My TV set is in a dysfunct condition.
