Toshiba Laptop — my toshiba laptop always have complaint since after one week i bought

after one week web cam had complaint.then after several times had complaint .6 or 7 times all opened for service.i bought this laptop from logtec.when i asked them to replace.they didnt. i want a new one as replacement.i bought in november end.now 7 months passed.and now also noot working.please do the needful

Updated by valsa abraham till now my laptop complaint has not been solved.almost 7 times opened the laptop for complaint.please replace a new laptop .i have to complain against logtec also from where i have bought my laptop.they didnt even say a nice word when i said about my laptop.we have only sales.you go to toshiba company, they said.so please do the needful immediately
