My parcel is ready to courier service is 8sep 2023 and deliver date is 15 sep 2023 but not deliver after. 7 days later parcel is delivered but parcel packet is brust /brocken and 75% product is lost and trackon employer is not good behaviour my mobile number [protected] courier wt is 2.5 kg dryfruits chewes and nuts and almond badam tracking I'd [protected] pls refund my product...

Tracking status of parcel not updating and I am unable to track my courier....

I'll send the parcel jamnagar to gorakhpur when parcel reach at gorakhpur from previous 5 days still the parcel is not delivered.
From 5 days one reason is provided by courier service day over.
I think trackon courier day is whery short.
Nd I'll take it the delivery boy no. From courier service but delivery boy is always busy on another call. He is not answering the call.

I have Shipped My Parcel containing watch on 7th of September to Dimapur but it has not been shipped yet and I can't even track my Parcel when I try to track it says
Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found...!
Please help me resolve it...

I had ordered a canvas bag on Samrtahal Industries, Jaipur and they had despatched it through Trackon courier. The bag was packed in 2 layers of polythene, both layers were damaged in transit resulting in a hole in the bag at the same position. More pictures, video can be shared. Packet was not received by me but delivered at the apartment complex gate without my permission, otherwise I would not have accepted it....

My parcel is stuck in Chennai from last 3 days they are not doing work fast I need that parcel in 4 days but from last 3 days it stuck in Chennai my tracking number is [protected]. And their customers service number not working...

My package was not yet delivered. It's has been more than 7 days while it shows as delivered. The courier person is not picking up my phone. The manager is making me.calll the courier person instead to resolving the issue. The order was delayed purposely knowing it contained plants....

A order was sent by Nurserylive containing plants. Order reached city 22 August. Then shuffled from one hub to another for another two days. Then a lazy delivery associate named Raju called asking to can come and pick it up. Firstly from office or else at a location he specified denying to come near my house address which has been mentioned on the parcel. Unethical and irresponsible since then making me call one number to another, the managers...

The concerned courier is withheld with the trackon delivery boy named Wasim and he is not willing to deliver the same. Even the Bangalore trackon courier office staff and the especially the manager is not giving excuses on behalf of the boy and for not delivering the courier. The package is with the courier boy from 18th August 2023 and till now (24th August 2023) nothing has been done except giving the excuses.
Pls help in this matter....

A consignment send to Chennai was completely broken and buyer rejected it.

and handle with care was written.
It happened due to utter negligence while transportation.

I have an important parcel. Which was suppose to come 15th june. Its arrived at my near location. Which was hardly 1 hour take from my house. It s arrived 15th of june . But the courier guy delebarately delaying. Its my request to you please do some thing for me. Please deliver my order....

My pan card was dispatched on june 13, 2022 but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive....

I have contacted customer care they gave me complaint number 2847643.
But doesn't took any action. No delivery boy has even called me...
