The packet was Courior through trackon firstly i wait for a 10 days the website is popping the parcel at ranchi for 5 days when i complaint to ranchi branch they gave me a contact no of delhi office .he seems to be tacking information about my courier and give me a no. Of complaint managing person of trackon ravi . When i talk...

My courier no. [protected] which was booked on 20th Jan 2023 from panipat to Lohni Ghaziabad on the name of Shruti jain . On tracking this courier showing delivered but in reality not received at my end..

Please check as this fraud details showing on the net......

We Consign a parcel to VIT Bhopal on 27.12.2022, which was delivered on 31st Dec 2022. Delivered parcel was Opened from backside and Many precious things was stolen. Which we reported immediately to Booking Branch. But till the date no one is responding....

I sent a courier from gurgaon to Vadodara and 2 items were missing from the package received. The box was broken n retaped. It's really unacceptable kind of service....

My parcel have been placed from nehru place, on 4th jan. 2023, and i live in dabri village near sagarpur, but its been 2 week i have not got my parcel, on approaching to trackon website and their on call service, i have been informed that parcel already delivered but i havenot got any, pplease help me, that parcel worth of 1800 rupees....

The service provider always keep the parcel for 2-3 days and usually I have to go to collect the parcel.. kindly check on the service...

Pan card shipment having "Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected]", showing delivered on 20/12/2022. However the parcel still not received at the delivery address & still I'm awaited for my Pan card. And I'm still unable to get that without delivery how could you show the parcel has been delivered with such an Important and personal document.
Hope you consider the issue....

The status shows delivered by it is not. PAN is an important document. This agency seems to be a fraud. Need intervention from authorities

Not received the PAN even after 8days. the customer care number is non responsive. Surprisingly how such courier companies are working with govt for collecting PAN card/ docket[protected]...

The customer service number is not reachable. messages / complaints found unanswered. The docket number is not yet delivered even after 7days, docket number[protected]...

I have not received my pan card shipped from trackon couriers consignment number[[protected]]. Please deliver my pan card as soon as possible....

I received a sms througg my mobile -[protected] on date:12-dec-2022, nsdl team replied "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 15-dec-2022 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.as per the status shown in the site .

My doc no is [protected] is not found show when i tracking courier.

My PAN card consignment was delivered from Mumbai from 06.12.2022 but now till date I have not received so kindly take necessary action my track no[protected]...

My pan card not arrived at me but in the tracking status its showing the DELIVERED WITH SIGNATURE how its possible.
my track awb number is[protected]...

Pan card not delivered but the status is showing that pan card delivered and the address which i have given for delivery is also showing wrong....

Dear Sir,
I had booked one consignment vide no.[protected] on[protected] from Sarswati Vihar agent to Bangaluru. As promised by the agent of assured delivery by[protected] through Air and charged accordingly. This contains Perishable Edible items which had been booked. Now as on date it has not reached to destination nor any status being shown on screen. He says it is going by road. This is clearly cheating by agent or company which...

I got a call from a pan card distribution person. Person didn't reach my address and asked 30 rs for courier charges i denied so he ask me to get pan card within 10 mins in the place where he is.. He not even reach my address and didn't ask me the route to reach my address. Please take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible. I need my pan card at my address...

My pan card is not delivered but on tracking it shows that it is delivered with stamp on Ashoka garden while Ashoka garden is not my address. So where did they delivered my pan card...
