Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My phone no.[protected]...

I have been sent a courier from Allahabad to Gurgaon fro Big Bazaar Allahabad. The Trackon servce provider ask me send the courier free of cost as it is attached with Big Bazaar company and later again asks charges for 300/- rs.

As per my knowledge earlier the courier company is attached with store but currently we are not having any tie ups.

Please share the details. For related courier.

My PAN card is not delivered though the status shows “delivered with signature”. Customer care is not responding to our phone calls.

Pan has been dispatch to this courier company 15 days ago still not receive - hyderabad

Also the customer care service is poor, no one receives the calls !!!

Highly disappointed!!!...

A courier booked from Amritsar to jalandhar on 27.07.21 and till date 02.08.21 it was not delivered after confirming by own source it was found lying with jalandhar office. And asking about to delay or delivery they are giving excuse and not ready to deliver. It was charged extra and now saying i[censored] need collect it. They are not bother to call to customers after receiving and lying with them. Trackon service very bad day by day at jalandhar...

Its really very bad experience my order received at solapur, at 24 and its showing delivered on 26th june with signature still it not received when i track n contact with person of solapur- omkar his no is [protected].

Hi told me that u r order is at one of medical store at bus stop they not even inform me for the same not by solapur n not from my place kurduwadi when...

PAN KQSPK9704D allotted for ack [protected]. PAN Card sent by TRACKON AWB[protected] will be delivered in due time.- NSDLeGov. This comes to me on april but still not received any pan till date....

My sister sent me a monitor, weight 11kg, they took money for 16 kg, cause they said they put it in other box and the extra packaging has 5 kg weight.
When package delivered to me, there was no extra packing.
When we contacted them, they made excuses like due to volume they did this etc etc etc.

Im very annoyed with this.
I deserve my extra paid money back.

The product AWB no[protected] was booked on 14.06.2021. But the product is not delivered still now. Why the product is returned to RTO?😠😠😠😠😠 Now how can I get that product????...

Courier which was intended to deliverd to my address won't deliver the parcel at my address, and demands that the parcel should be collected from their office....

We have send parcel pn 13th July and its 31st July but still we are not able to track courier and when we complaint then its said that still pending at patna .

Mr Ravinder Kumar's pan card is not delivered when we check the status its out for delivery and then returned back.He didn't receive any call or msg for your agent who is supposed to deliver.It will be helpful if you reattempt to deliver the pan Card and do call Mr Ravinder Kumar while it's out for tracking ID is[protected]

I haven't recieved my order yet .it's been 2 weeks since it was delivered....

My product has reached the destination place on 28th July'21, but still they are not delivering, despite of calling to the office & providing them detail address they are unable to deliver . Attached herewith is the screenshot of tracking details ....

Tracking status is showing it's delivered with signature but I didn't recieved it.. my adress is contai but it's showing that it's delivered on mechada hub on 23rd July, 2021... it's worst currier service ... Fraud ...my consignment no is [protected]...

I have to collect my parcel with my own most of the time, like recent incident was my parcel was lying with our local Trackon distributor from last 3 days, we wait for our consignment for 2 days when not received i send my office person to collect the parcel.
Local vendor always doing same activity and when we ask them for the reason they says we don't have any delivery boy. IF he don't have the delivery boys then why you he doing...

I order on 2 July but haven't received my product yet.. And the delivery date was 12 days from order.. I contact several times but they are not responding.. please help me.. I need books for my further studies but they are not understanding......

Parcels contained eatables as promised by the booking person they were supposed to be delivered in 24 hrs . Maximum time for delivery was told to us as 48 hrs. But unfortunately they are not delivered till now.
Eatables by now must have been rotten in itbr...
