Trai — Extremely poor service by Airtel & no customer complaint redressal. | |||
[protected] : I had been complaining to Airtel through various means (121 / There website) since months about very poor and no signal in my area of residence and very frequent call drops. I switched to 3G because they had alliance with other operators and i use to get Vodafone signal on my phone in my area of residence. Airtel had discontinued this alliance without information to customers and now there is no connectivity. Airtel is charging full to customers without providing the service for which they are charging. This should be stopped and I must be compensated with the reversal of charges. Airtel's attitude towards customer complaint redressal is completely MONOPOLISTIC against MRTPC act. They on their own decides that complaint is resolved with discussion with customer.
