We were group of 38 students and 3 faculty members on an industrial tour to Manali and Chandigarh for which we booked our train meals by travelkhana.com.
The breakfast was supplied to us at Agra Junction on 27 feb. 2014. The meal was packed and payment was done on receiving it. However, when we opened the packets the food was completely rotten and foul smelling.
We contacted the company for the same and made a complaint for which they agree to refund the amount by three working days. Upto now we have received no refunds. Was this information helpful? |
Non delivery of order no. 452111
Undersigned placed an order of veg meal bearing order no. 452111 but at the time of delivery one contact person not picking up call or another one confirmed that he left office and suggesting to call Travel Khana and ultimately fondling no one picking up my call including Travel Khana.Regards,
