Travel4gateway — Money not refunded | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'm Kindly note that I got a call from a travel tour co. called Travel4Gateway informing me about a lucky draw winner of a Travel Pack & a Samsung mobile for Rs 9999. I was guaranteed a 21 days money back policy if not satisfied.I transferred the money in their Bank A/C on 08/02/2016.After that they demanded Rs 9999 more in order to grab an LCD Tv along with the prize.I was reluctant & asked to refund my amount immediately.Since then, they have been promising me for a 21 day period & it's been over 3 months but I am still awaiting my Money back. I have the Bank Pay Slip picture as a proof & all the received emails as proof. Kindly help me getting my Money back . Was this information helpful? | |||||
