Travel4gateway — Amount not refunded

Dear Sir/Ma'am
Kindly note that I, SAQUIB ANWAR of 35/2 CANAL EAST ROAD NARKELDANGA KOLKATA -700011 deposited Rs 9999 into DENA BANK A/C of Travel4Gateway on 08/02/2016 on grounds of winning award of a Trip to anywhere in India & a Samsung s6 mobile free with processing fee of Rs 9999. The company also promises a 21 day refund policy if I am not satisfied. When I did not receive anything days after deposit, I called on the company number.The company again asks me to deposit Rs 15000 to get an LCD TV along with the offer. I denied & asked to refund my Money . Since then the company Travel4Gateway only promises & has not refunded my amount till date.
I have the Bank Pay Slip & emails as proof where the company till a week back promised refund in 21 working days.
Kindly help me getting my Money back.
