TravelKhana — food delivery

Dear sir;
I was travelling from chennai to itarsi on 12th august 2017 by train no 12621. I had ordered food from travel khana.com vide reference no. & received confirmation at 1721hrs. This was reconfirmed at1930 hrs. At 1925hrs again i received a sms asking me to wait at my seat. I rang up helpline no. 5 mts before departure i. E. 1955hrs when i did not receive the food & was advised that the delivery boy is at the platform & rest be assured food will be delivered within 5minutes. I again rang up the help line no. At 2010hrs after departure f train & was again assured that the delivery boy is in train & will deliver food in next 5mts. I kept on talking to helpline no. At least five times in between 2000hrs & 2025hrs & was assured that the food will be delivered.
At 2025hrs i finally receive a sms regretting inconvenience for not been able to deliver food. Myself & my wife are both diabetic & we had to beg for food from our co - passenger. The next stop of train was after 6 hrs.
Kindly take necessary action & inform
