Hello sir, we have been cheated after doing payment.. We have got deal offer, but we ask for packages.. We have mention travel date and number of person as well.. After doing payment, they are not replying and none of them are ready to give proper services.. I have all call log, and email with me as a proof.. Every time i call they say call you back in 10 mins but never got call back... I am claiming my money back, they are not giving response and cutting down our call.. And then i got email saying it will take 45-60 days.. I need my refund back. I can't trust such a fraud people.. I need justice for my payment.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

aaj se to aap ke customer care ka bhi no. nahi lag raha hai. yadi jald se jald aapke office se hum logo ko reply nahi mila to police complain karenge.
I am facing same problem with them.As per mail they were suppose to give me assured gift of mobile samsung J7 and lenovo laptop but after i paid 22000 they are not responding.While we call them they cut the call.They do not reply properly.
Apart from this hotels listed on there website are 5 star hotels and once i paid them they sent me a list which is not matching to hotels listed on website.
These people are cheat.You wont be able to book the hotel as the system they have for booking you cant trust them.
Invoice what they send is not having service tax no and pan no.
These people are fraud.

If you Used travel time or Km Then you have to pay extra amount. Also you have done . In the last time of your Booking we have made the payment to travel agent . if you give us 21 days prior intimation properly . then you can get the Complete Booking .

What about your executive false commitment of gifts.As per your executive said to me at time of first booking they were said that i will get assured gift of J7 Samsung mobile.
I paid on 9th of May 2017 and till 16th of May i was continuously doing follow up for the gift.On 16th May 2017 and i was not getting proper reply.On 15th of may you mail me one docket no of DTDC courier and your executive asked me to track that courier.I thought you have sent my mobile via courier. Same day I called to your office and my call transferred to Mr. Ramesh Kumar who said that he works in your dispatch department, I asked him that combo offer of referral package ( 8000/ - package booking and validity of 2 years - promotional offer with assured gift of Dell Laptop of worth 60000/- ) which was offered to me before 5 days is valid or not.Mr. Ramesh Kumar said it is valid but with 10, 000/- rupees.I asked him when you will dispatch my gift so he answered me that there is laptop available in dispatched section and he will immediate dispatch this on second day ( 17th may ) if i pay to you today itself.I paid the amount again on 16th may and second day when i called to your office they said server is down so they are not able to mail me docket no.Second day i called again then you sent me other docket no via mail.I thought this is my other gift which you have sent via courier but when i received these couriers it was just a envelop with one single form of booking.
Why your people are cheating ? today is 29th may and it is almost 20 days and there is no feedback of status for my assured gift.

Even I have been cheated. They are tracking people who are shopping or buying a new car. Then they will call you saying that since you purchased from xyz showrrom you are entitled to a promotion offer and scam you.
Many of the victims wait patiently or dont take an action that is why they are getting away.

Before choosing this company services, please verify from above numbers or call me @ [protected]. Looks like they say something and give something else. False committments and fraud. Many of them registered complaints. I will do the same and get my refund. Waste of time and money.
I am filing a complaint in cyber cell for Internet crime/ fraud by travel agent by false promising a package. Got 4-5 supporting victims. Please share your number @[protected] so that i can mention all of your names and number in FIR. These people will carry their cheating plans and many more will become victims like us. I have also getting the same experience, actually they providing differ package than they offered. They were offered me Goa package in the month of May 2017 but later they gave me excuse of nonsense 21 days and done booking at Goa. I am going the filling cheating case in Mumbai consumer forum for compensation as well as in cyber cell for their fraud web portal next week.

For more effective result we have to file state wise complaints in local District consumer court.
I will file complaint in next week at Mumbai District consumer forum, legal notice has already sent them, also planning to file complaint at cyber cell Mumbai, for volition of IT Acts..
I thing we should also send details to the PMO office to taking proper action on the same.

Today i got a call from this so called true holiday... Told me the same story of the gift, holiday package offer, my number was shortlisted, purchased a car, email and so on...
This guy want me to pay/transfer the amount immediately before he hangs up his phone saying i wil not get the offer after that. Feeling suspicious of why such a hurry I told him to avail the offer himself. I am lucky i didnt pay after reading all your complaints.

I have paid on 9th may and 16th may.today is 2nd june but i am not getting gift.I am doing follow up but these people are not replying properly.I have a no of owner and continuously doing follow up with him.He had committed for refund withing a week before 9 days and yesterday he was suppose to give me refund but he is not responding.
