Tvs Motor Company — Misbehavior & refusal for third party insurance as renewal | |||||
I had purchased on scooty TVS ZEST No.UP16BA0201 on 27.05.2015 from Aditi Automobiles C-2, Sector 10, Noida.Comprehensive insurance was also done on the advise of sales executive from their office and also renewal on 14.05.2016 from 27.05.2016 to 26.05.2017 of IFFCO Tokio General insurance co. ltd. Policy no. 87182976. Today, I with my daughter went to Aditi automobiles office and met in their Insurance Division at 1st floor for renewal of policy but concerned staff refused to issue 3 rd party insurance policy citing that they are only authorised for comprehensive insurance policy. we told them to give in writing and amount for comprehensive policy. Their staff refused to give in writing.In the meantime, their executive, perhaps named Mr.Arvind, came from his room to us and asked me to get up from the chair rudely. I am a person who had undergone two major surgeries in my hip and slowly move with a stick. Even after telling him about the problem, he said that he didn't care and pulled me forcibly from the chair. He was not willing to listen and refused to reveal his name as well as refused to produce the complaint/suggestion book and rudely shouted to get out. After that we also went to the area Manager Office, D-3 & 4 (IInd Floor), Sector 10, Noida and met Mr. Rohit Malhotra, Area Service Manager- UP(West). He assured us to solve our problem. We waited for about one hour but all in vain. He also told us that they are not authorised for third party insurance and could not give us in writing but for the misbehaviour he had no answer. He did not even call the "misbehaving" executive to apologise for his misbehaviour saying that the person is Mr. Arvind, owner. My bike got crashed in a accident but dealer/agency named Ansari automobile district Mau is not taking proper compliance that is why my bike is as dump at the mentioned agency. This is a unfair and very uncomfortable facility of tvs for its customers. Kindly direct the agency head in seeking of my bike repairing soon. Thank you.
